2008 textile printing new products and materials promotion conference successfully drew the curtain in Ningbo on July 5. It was co-sponsored by CSGIA Textile Printing Specialty Committee and Ningbo Eda Industrial Trading Co., Ltd and assisted by KURZ, Erfa Group and Hongkong United Network Technology (China) Limited.  

Attracting 320 representatives from textile printing plants, it was the fourth time for CSGIA to hold the technical seminar in conjunction with corporate members. The subjects and contents met the needs of the industry representatives and drew their great attention.

Diao Xiaoyu, the senior expert, explained the importance of pre-press in textile printing, detailing the color separation principle, the relationship between pre-press and quality control and the difficulties in pre-press with plastisol ink.

Burkard, the expert from KURZ, introduced the textile printing foils, the hot stamping foil for textile and leatherette decoration trends, as well as the company’ development in 120 years.

Xu Dequan, the instructor of Erfa Group, explained the development trend of flocking products, the application of new environmental production materials such as fiber materials, the effect of flocking process combined with nanotechnology, the capacity for the new products to replace the non-flocking products and how to use the high technology to test the quality and so on.  

Weng Yongfeng, the system management expert form Hongkong United Network Technology (China) Limited, introduced how to achieve information-based management for the small and media-sized enterprises and the application and advantages of E-management system in textile printing industry.

Chen Shanyun, the general manager and digital transfer printing expert from Ningbo Eda Industrial Trading Co., presented the traditional textile printing will develop to digital era in all probability.
