b. The artwork of adv. should be films or files provided in advance.
c. In case texts and/or photographs provided, 10% of advertising fee will be charged for processing.
d. Any change to the artwork, 5% of the advertising fee will be charged.
e. The payment is a must as soon as the adv. is published.
