The vocational skill training will start with one or two phases of primary training for Screen-Plate Making Workers and Screen Printers. In this phase, it will be targeted at the workers in screen printing plant and some of the laid-off persons. It will be efficient for their work and posts.

In the mean time, CSGIA will promote the training work in the whole country, based on the condition that screen printing vocational education is devoid in China. 

The second phase will be targeted at the secondary and senior workers covering the workers who are qualified with the primary level certification and skilled staff and directors in enterprises.

Through the nationwide training, CSGIA is designed to enhance the professional skills level in the industry and cultivate more skilled workers for enterprises.
